I of course once was a teenager and I can say with great pride that I never damaged any property or was offencive to any neighbors, because I was brought up correctly with discipline. I say booo yaaa for corporal punishment, and the strap!!! For that matter, a device which will keep all males away, as they are responsible for the largest percentage of all crime, would not be a bad idea. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we had a way of keeping everyone, except for our closest friends and those who agree with us, away whenever we wanted.
